DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. The nursing staff left my dad in a room farthest away from the station with food and water and the man can’t even move his arms. Then when asked questions they either have no idea or can’t seem to send you to anyone who can. The facility is dirty and considering we are going through a pandemic that should be one of the priorities aside for patient care. My dad currently needs round the clock care and to only see a nurse for breathing treatments 3 times a day is ridiculous.

I didn't like any experience with it to tell you the truth. I didn't like the idea that I just couldn't go in and visit him as I did in another facility; that's number one. Number two, the staff was not very well-educated on their jobs, that's for sure. So, I called the nurse out to the car, and I said, "Is this bandage never been changed? How could they give him a shower and all that, and they haven't changed that bandage?" So, she changed it for me. It isn't infected, thank goodness, but she said, "Keep an eye on it." That irritated me.
