Acacia has professional and friendly staff, an amazing Admissions Director who took the time to listen and go the extra mile to help. My fathers’ care has been compassionate, wholistic in all aspects a human being can have. I highly recommend this place and wished there were more places like this in the San Joaquin Valley. For sure, their model of care and system is the best I have seen since Stanford Hospital.
I told the dietician things that he did like and things he didn’t, and they sort of changed his menu a little bit, which helped. I think they were very professional, and they made you wear a robe and a mask when you went in there. It’s just that some of the stuff just isn’t very good. The insurance took care of everything, I have no idea what we paid. A couple of times we took him out on the patio so our two children could come and visit us because they had not had their shots.
